Shopping Basics

At Lilac Valley, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, E-wallets, and cash on delivery.
Yes, we accept international credit cards. Ensure that your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer to avoid any delays.

Shipping & Returns

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
